STUPIDEST PERSON OF THE DAY: Carolyn Waibel

  • CNN had Carolyn Waibel was on CNN to explain the harassment she faced as a school board member. CNN

  • No arrests have been made of the “harasser.” (Daily Herald)

  • Sadly, harassment happens to everyone in the public space, most are WAY worse than a dead mouse on the porch.

  • Ben Shapiro was nearly attacked by Antifa with ice picks and sawed-off shotguns before Steven Crowder’s producer alerted the police (Utah Stories and Washington Times)

  • Josh Hawley had protesters at his house when it was just his wife and children there. They were peaceful, but that is still more than Carolyn got. (Associated Press)

Religious Exemptions For Vaccines ARE Legitimate

  • Why would someone not want to get vaccinated due to religion?

  • Catholics are against abortion. They say “Since the first century the Church has affirmed the moral evil of every procured abortion. This teaching has not changed and remains unchangeable. Direct abortion, that is to say, abortion willed either as an end or a means, is gravely contrary to the moral law” (USCCB)

  • The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines used aborted fetuses when being made. They used fetal cell line HEK 293 was used during the research and development phase. (Nebraska Med)

  • You have a first amendment right to religious freedom. “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;” (Cornell Law School)

The Biden Administration Wants To Spy On Our Bank Accounts?

  • Joe Biden is trying to get a bill passed that would allow the IRS to monitor ANY bank account of $600 (The Independent)

  • This isn’t the first time politicians have used the IRS:

  • The Obama Administration monitored the Trump campaign’s bank account in 2015. (Snopes)

  • The IRS spied on over 40 conservative groups, then had to apologize because they had no reason to. (NPR)

Did Jen Psaki Break The Law?

  • Jen Psaki was accused by CREW of breaking the law (USA Today)

  • CREW said that Jen Psaki broke the Hatch Act when she said "I think the President, of course, wants former Governor McAuliffe to be the future governor of Virginia. We’re going to do everything we can to help former Governor McAuliffe, and we believe in the agenda he’s representing."

  • In a letter, they said “By mixing official government business with support of a candidate for partisan political office in the weeks before the election and engaging in political activity while on duty, Ms. Psaki appears to have used her official authority or influence for the purpose of interfering with or affecting the result of an election, a political activity that is prohibited by law,”

  • The Hatch Act“limits certain political activities of federal employees, as well as some state, D.C., and local government employees who work in connection with federally funded programs. ​The law’s purposes are to ensure that federal programs are administered in a nonpartisan fashion, to protect federal employees from political coercion in the workplace, and to ensure that federal employees are advanced based on merit and not based on political affiliation.​​​​”(osc.gov)
